Saturdays 9:30 - 10:45am at The Isbourne Centre in central Cheltenham. NO NEED TO BOOK; drop in for £10, or to save money you can buy a block of four sessions for £30.00 (£7.50 per class). The blocks run as follows:

There are a small number of yoga mats and meditation cushions available on a first-come first-served basis. If you normally use bricks or blocks, please remember to bring them to this venue. The Centre doesn't allow drinking glasses into the room, so bring a bottle for water.
