Cancellation/Refund Policy
Workshops with advance payment
If you cancel prior to 1 week in advance of the workshop start date and your place is able to be sold to someone else, you may receive a refund of the workshop fee (but not the transaction fee). Unsold places and cancellations within 1 week of the workshop, as well as non-attendance on the day or any days within the workshop, are completely non-refundable. In certain circumstances, you may be able to transfer the payment to an alternative future workshop. Please contact me in exceptional circumstances, or COVID.
Block-booked classes
Block booking of classes offers a significant discount compared to the drop-in rate for classes and as such is non-refundable. They are valid for the specified date range only. If you think you may miss classes and not get the full benefit of the block, then we would recommend paying the drop-in rate per class. Rolling-over of the missed classes to the next block may be granted only in exceptional circumstances.
Private lessons
You must cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment. Cancellation within 48 hours as well as non-attendance on the day are chargeable at the full rate or (if paid in advance) are completely non-refundable. All transaction fees are non-refundable. If you pay for a cancelled private lesson on-line, a transaction fee is charged additional to the lesson fee. In certain circumstances, you may be able to transfer the payment to an alternative future date.
Cancellations by us
In the event of the cancellation of an event by Ann Morley Yoga, you will receive a full refund of the course fee. If an event is moved from its advertised venue and / or the date is changed, your payment will remain valid if you wish to attend the rescheduled event. If not, we will refund the course fee.
Change of teacher
Occasionally classes/workshops/private lessons are taught by a different teacher from listed due to sickness or holidays. You are not eligible for a refund if you cancel for this reason.
